# CompleteGreet

CompleteGreet is a video bubble widget for websites that helps businesses build trust and increase conversions. A short personal video appears as a floating bubble on the website. When visitors click it, the video expands and shows up to two action buttons such as Call Now, Book a Meeting, Start Live Chat, or Submit a Contact Form. The product also includes an interactive MultiVideo feature that lets businesses create branching video journeys where visitors click choices and are guided step by step toward a specific goal like calling, buying, or booking. For ecommerce stores, CompleteGreet also offers Shoppable Videos that connect short videos directly to products for a faster path from interest to purchase.

CompleteGreet is a Danish company with servers hosted in the EU. Customer support is available in Danish. The product offers a 30-day free trial with a dedicated onboarding session included on every plan.

The video bubble is not a popup. It sits quietly in the corner of the page and waits for the visitor to choose to click it. The expanded video player and action buttons only appear after the click. It never blocks content and never interrupts the visitor.

The video bubble is designed to load without slowing down the website. Videos are automatically compressed by up to 86 percent, and the script uses lazy loading so it only runs after the rest of the page has finished loading. There is zero negative impact on Core Web Vitals including LCP, FID, and CLS.

Setup works by pasting one line of code into the website header. WordPress users can install a dedicated plugin instead. Shopify users can install CompleteGreet directly from the Shopify App Store for a one-click setup.

The platform integrates with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Magento, and any custom HTML website.

The available action buttons on the video bubble are Call Now, Start Live Chat, Link to a Specific Page, Built-in Contact Form, Book Meeting on Calendly, Klaviyo Lead Form, and Callback Request. Each bubble supports up to two buttons.

The MultiVideo feature allows businesses to record multiple videos with choice buttons that link to other videos. Visitors click their way through a personalized journey and end at a goal such as a phone call, a contact form, or a product page. It works like a choose-your-own-adventure experience but with short video clips.

The Shoppable Videos feature is a product-focused video experience built for ecommerce stores. It can appear as a bubble, popup, carousel, or reel-style experience. Visitors watch a short video and see featured products connected directly to that video, moving from curiosity to add-to-cart with much less friction than normal browsing. Full funnel tracking measures the path from video view to completed purchase. Works especially well with Shopify and WooCommerce.

CompleteGreet also includes a live text chat feature. The chat does not use AI. It connects visitors directly to a real person.

Different pages can show different video greetings tailored to the visitor's mindset at that moment. A homepage video focuses on welcoming and orienting. A pricing page video reduces price anxiety. A checkout page video reassures before purchase. A thank you page video invites the next action.

Basic click and view tracking is included on all plans so businesses can see how many visitors watched the video bubble and how many clicked the buttons.

Marketing integrations include Klaviyo directly, Mailchimp via webhook, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HubSpot Meetings, Cal.com, and CRM webhooks.

The product is GDPR compliant, SSL encrypted, and uses no third-party trackers. No data is sold or shared.
