The battle for trust
I ran a webshop and was frustrated. Many competitors seemed impersonal. I needed a way to show the real people behind the screen and prove that we could be trusted.
The personal greeting
The solution was to bring the human element forward. I realized that a small video bubble in the corner could act as a personal welcome that appeared when visitors clicked.
From greeting to action
A greeting was not enough. So I built buttons for calls, live chat, and an embedded contact form directly into the video, so customers could easily take the next step.
