7. CompleteGreet WordPress Plugin and External Services
The CompleteGreet WordPress plugin connects WordPress websites to the external CompleteGreet service. The plugin is not a standalone video player and requires a CompleteGreet account.
The plugin may connect to these CompleteGreet service URLs:
- https://backend.completegreet.com — used for account connection, token refresh, connection checks, campaign lookup, WooCommerce connection, conversion tracking, purchase tracking, and service communication.
- https://dashboard.completegreet.com — used when an admin signs in, registers, authorizes the plugin, or manages campaigns.
- https://backend.completegreet.com/js/CompleteGreetAPI.js — loaded on connected websites to display the CompleteGreet video bubble.
- https://backend.completegreet.com/shoppable-widget/*.js — loaded on connected websites when a shoppable video campaign is enabled.
Data sent through the plugin can include the site URL, OAuth connection data, refresh tokens, campaign codes, public CompleteGreet user ID, WooCommerce store URL, WooCommerce store name, WooCommerce consumer key and consumer secret, order IDs, order totals, currency, product IDs, order status, order dates, hashed customer email or phone values where available, visitor IDs, session attribution values, campaign IDs, video IDs, and retry error details.
